This year’s yearbook, The Parker needs your help in fundraising.  This years’ Yearbook committee has decided to publish an all color yearbook.  To pay for the book, the first major fundraising campaign is business advertisements (this is not the family and friends campaign, see below).  This year the committee will run the business ads through December 10th.

To pay for the book, the first major fundraising campaign is business advertisements (this is not the family and friends campaign, see below).  This year the committee will run the business ads through December 10th. Our goal is $9,000.00, the estimated first payment.  I have attached one business ad sheet to this letter (additional ad sheets are located in Ms. Stewart’s room, 43).    Please encourage your senior to sell ads to local and/or family businesses; do not sell to strangers, or go door to door. All ads must be formatted in one of three ways: attach an original business card or picture to the design page with text, submit the ad on a CD or on a .jpg.  Do not send the ad on a Microsoft word file.  Please return the ad along with a check payable to Midland Park High School Yearbook as soon as possible to Ms. Stewart.  The ad prices are as follows:

                        Full page                      --          $250.00

                        Half page                     --          $175.00

                        Quarter page                --          $100.00

                        Eighth page                  --          $ 70.00

Thank you for your help and cooperation in the matter.  If you have any questions, please contact me at Nstewart@midlandparkschools.k12.nj.us.

Sincerely,
